Happy Birthday and more

Happy Birthday to my baby. He is 2! Can you believe how time flies. We had his birthday party last Sunday. Called it early so relatives can come because they had another engagement to go to later that evening, but in the end they couldn't come. What a bummer, I had already ordered the food and counted on them, and even accommodated them with the time. I made sure to send them birthday bags so the kids wouldn't be so disappointed.

Last week my kids started camp. My daughter commutes to Monsey every day. Yes, I let my 6.5 year old go on a school bus every day to camp. She is having a blast there as well, so it is very worth it for her. My son loves camp as well.

Try taking a two year old on a row boat. Not so much fun! But it was enjoyable when he did behave and didn't demand to row the boat like Aba. The two others also took turns rowing and had lots of wet fun. It was great. Of course when we showed up, it started to pour 2 minutes later...But we waited it out, and they opened the boating area...30 minutes after the last lightening striked. Go figure. We didn't watch the clock so we walked around and then headed back.

Hope you are all enjoying the day off. I know I did. And the fireworks down the block from me (just for the co, could really see them by my house).
