What to Make of This...

I was at the park a few days ago with my kids (yes, when it was nice outside and not pouring).

I overheard two ladies talking. One was between 20-30 and the other was a good 30 years older. The younger one had her little boy there and I am not sure of the whole topic but from what I heard from sitting behind them was ....

Imagine two ladies sitting on a bench discussing about going back to work because her child's father said she needs to go work. The older women was complimenting her on her motherly skills and how well she raised her children and what good children they turned out BECAUSE she was home with them. While this conversation was taking place I saw the little four year old sneak up behind them. He proceeds to sneakily steal his mothers wallet and walk away. He gets no reaction from them. He then walks by again and quickly grabs her keys and walks away. All this while they were complimenting the mother on her good children.


I was laughing to myself. Here they are saying how good the kids are, when one is trying to learn how to steal without getting caught.

I guess it is all relative.
